If you send the contact form, we get what you typed: your name, phone number, your trade and message if you filled those in, your email if you chose to give it, and which page you sent it from.

If you join the newsletter, we get the email address you signed up with. That's the whole list — there's nothing collected quietly in the background.

To reply to you. That's the one-business-day promise on the form, and your contact info is how we keep it. The newsletter email gets used for exactly one thing: sending the newsletter.

Your info is stored in our secured database and handled by the services that run this site — our database and hosting providers process it on our behalf, and nowhere else.

We don't sell your information. We don't trade it, rent it, or hand it to marketers. We don't add you to lists you didn't ask for, and we don't spam you.

This site runs no tracking cookies, no ad pixels, and no analytics scripts. If you pick a color style with the switcher in the corner, that choice is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device.

Our fonts are served from our own site — your browser doesn't request them from anyone else.

Email hello@lastingsites.com and we'll delete it — same one-business-day standard as everything else.

We'll update this page and the date at the top. No silent changes.
