How it works

Most contractors have been burned once already — a nephew who built something and disappeared, or an agency that took months and handed over a file nobody could open. So here is the whole thing, start to finish, including the parts about who owns what.

Start to finish

  1. 01

We agree on scope before anything starts

You get the scope in writing — what gets built, what it costs, and what is not included. No discovery phase, no proposal deck. Contractors bid work for a living, so we state a scope the same way you'd state one.

  2. 02

Your domain gets set up in your name first

Before a single page is built, the domain is registered or moved into an account that belongs to you, with your card on it. We walk you through it. This is the step most web companies skip, and skipping it is how people end up unable to leave.

  3. 03

    You send materials, we build

Your license number, the work you take, the cities you cover, reviews, and any photos you have. We write the copy and build the pages. You get a preview link to click through on your own phone before anything is public.

  4. 04

Two rounds of changes, then it goes live

You tell us what's wrong, twice, and we fix it. Then the site launches on your domain and we check every page, every link, and the contact form on a real phone before we call it done.

  5. 05

    We hook it into Google

Your Google Business Profile gets claimed and filled out properly, the site gets submitted to Google so it actually gets indexed instead of waiting to be found, and you get a review-request link and QR card to hand customers.

  6. 06

    It stays maintained

The monthly covers hosting, upkeep, and small changes — a new service, a price update, a phone number. A website nobody maintains is a brochure with a domain name.

Straight answers

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain stays registered in your name, in your own account, from day one. If we part ways we point it wherever you tell us and hand over your site content. The agreement's words are: no hostages.

Can you use the domain I already have?

Usually yes. If you already own a domain — from GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, anywhere — we can point it at the new site and keep the address your customers already know. We check what you've got before anything is promised.

What if I want to stop?

Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice, for any reason. Work you've paid for gets delivered, work not started gets refunded, and your domain and content go with you.

I already have a site. Do you migrate it or start over?

We rebuild and then repoint the domain, rather than trying to move an old site over. Migrating a Wix or WordPress site usually costs more than building clean, and you inherit whatever was wrong with it.

How long does it take?

Days, not months — but the clock starts when your materials arrive, not when you sign. The part that takes longest is almost always waiting on photos and license details.

Can you guarantee I rank first on Google?

No, and neither can anyone else who tells you otherwise. We build the site so Google can read it properly, claim your Business Profile, and submit the site for indexing. What we can promise is the work, not the ranking.
